Mark Bowen brings over 30 years of leadership and real estate expertise to his role as President at Banner Industrial Properties. Mark oversees investment sourcing, executive development, operations, and overall administration. Prior to joining Banner, Mark served as Chief Investment Officer at Dalfen Industrial, where he played a key role in scaling the firm’s portfolio to over 30 million square feet and increasing its transaction volume from $200 million to $800 million annually. His strategic leadership shaped investment strategies, company structure, talent recruitment, and expansion across major U.S. markets.

Mark’s vast experience spans the private and public sectors, managing a diverse array of property types, including industrial, multifamily, retail, self-storage, office, and senior living. Before Dalfen, he held leadership positions at DCT Industrial (NYSE: DCT) and the Laramar Group, overseeing acquisitions, development, and portfolio management. He also spent 15 years at GE Capital Real Estate, where he managed structured debt and equity in capital markets.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Scott Blanding is the Chief Operating Officer at Banner Industrial Properties and oversees investment sourcing, leasing, asset management, and operations. Before joining Banner, Scott was Managing Director of Viking West at Viking Partners, where he led the business development efforts for Viking in the Western US as well as the investment and operational management of Viking’s Mountain West portfolio.

Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President at DCT Industrial Trust (NYSE: DCT), where he was the Market Leader for DCT’s Cincinnati office and was directly responsible for the leasing and management of 64 distribution and light industrial buildings totaling 14 million square feet. Earlier in his career, Scott was a Second Vice President at The Northern Trust Company, managing global securities lending clients.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Dan Morrison is the Chief Financial Officer at Banner Industrial Properties and oversees capital markets, investment services, due diligence, finance, and accounting. Before joining Banner, Dan was CFO at TradeLane Properties, where he helped shape the company’s strategy, secure equity and debt financing, and launch three U.S.-focused industrial funds with nearly $1 billion in assets under management.

With over 20 years of experience, Dan has directed $2.5 billion in real estate transactions. His previous roles include Chief Investment Officer at Strategic Industrial Properties and Vice President at DCT Industrial Trust (NYSE: DCT), where he played a key role in large-scale acquisitions and portfolio management.
